Strawberry Shortcake Theme Cake

This cake I made for Isabella's 1st Birthday! This was super fun to make! The cake is covered in whipped cream with the top in strawberry flavored whipped cream. The Strawberry Shortcake character i made out of Fondant and the strawberries and flowers also.

Samuel's 4th Birthday Cake

Samuel's Diego Birthday Cake. This was a lot of fun to make! I am very happy with the results and I used some new recipes and technics which makes me even more happy with it.

Iron Man Cake

Iron Man mask cake was very fun to make! I hand carved the shape and the color was a challenge because it was hard to make it look gold not yellow. This was made for a friends son, he just had his 4th birthday. Happy Birthday Coric!
