Easter Bunny 2010
This Easter Bunny Cake was made for the Annual Easter Bash at the Nelson's. It was really easy to make and the icing is butter cream. Doesn't it look like fondant? Anyway I love making Easter cakes you have so many options.

Nelson's Easter

I am very pleased with this cake. It was the first time I did basket waving and used a grass tip. Everyone really liked it and didn't want to cut into it because it looked to nice.
