Wedding Cake Class

So tonight I started Wedding Cake class. This is going to be fun and challenging! On the last night of this class I get to make a two tier Wedding cake designed and decorated by me! I am excited about the designing part because in the pervious classes I have taken, we have been told what to do so I have a wide varity of directions that I could go with on designing this cake. I will post pictures when this cake is made.
